The SC | Veterans Raffle is organized by The Veterans Advocacy Group (TVAG) to raise funds in support of veteran mental health programs, outreach efforts, and services provided through the Upstate Veterans House.

Raffle Details

Ticket Pricing:

• $10 per ticket

Drawing Date & Time:

• June 1st, 2026
• 3:00 PM (EST)

Drawing Method:

• The winner will be selected randomly and announced live via Facebook on TVAG’s official page.

Item:

• Lead Star Arms AR-15
• 10” barrel
• Sniper Green finish
• Pistol brace configuration

Estimated Value: $1,000

Participants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older (or 21 where required by law)
• Must be a legal resident of the United States
• Must be legally eligible to purchase and own a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Must pass a background check through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL)

• The firearm will be transferred to the winner through a licensed FFL dealer
• The winner is responsible for:
  
  • Completing all required paperwork
  • Passing the background check
  • Paying any applicable transfer fees or taxes
• If the winner fails the background check or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected
• TVAG reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value if necessary

• Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the raffle
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable

All proceeds from this raffle directly support:

• Veteran mental health initiatives
• Department of Veterans Affairs–approved mentoring programs
• Operations and expansion of the Upstate Veterans House
• Community outreach for veterans in need

This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
